Importance of exercise
The word exercise means workout. Exercise has great importance in keeping the body fit and healthy. Today's run-of-the-mill life has made a man so busy that he has also forgotten that he is a part of all this run-time as long as his body is healthy. A person who ignores his body, understand that he opens the doors of disease, old age and death for himself. A major reason for the terrible diseases and pandemics seen in today's society is that the person does not pay attention to his health.
There is a saying that healthy mind and soul resides in a healthy body and exercise is very important to stay healthy. Well, balanced food, clean water and air, moderation and regular sleep are all necessary for good health, but exercise has its own special importance in all of these. In the person exercising regularly, such a wonderful power comes that he has authority over the whole body. As a result of this, that person can also control his feelings of mind. In fact, exercise is like a food item for our good health. Only a healthy person can do all physical and mental work easily. He who remains ill can neither do any manual work nor any intellectual work. For this it is necessary that everyone must take a little time for exercise. If the body is healthy, then the mind will also be happy and we will be able to do everything with pleasure and elation.
Exercise involves a variety of activities. The most important task is to get up early in the morning and go for a walk. On one hand there is a circulation of clean air in our souls on the morning, on the other hand, all the nerves of the body receive new blood and life. Apart from this, people can also do different types of workouts. Those who cannot go for morning walk for any reason can exercise at home. Various types of sports are also under exercise. Students can take care of their health by participating actively in all sports like hockey, football, cricket, basketball, tennis etc. Sports are not only exercise but they are also powerful means of entertainment. Oil massage on the body after workout, asana or any type of exercise is also useful for good health. Oil massage creates a stretch in our nervous system on the one hand and on the other hand, the skin glows and blood flow remains fine.
To cool the body after exercise, some relaxation must be done. After this bathing is very important. Cleaning the body by rubbing it with clean cold water opens all the pores of the body skin. Now-a-days government and personal 'gyms' have opened up in big cities, metros. Exercise is done here with the help of various types of equipment and instruments. These are also very useful for those who are unable to make time for exercise for some reason. This is to say that regular exercise is a panacea for good health. Therefore, we must leave laziness and take some time for daily exercise.
Meditation
Hindus tradition is full of examples in which many ordinary people and many sages meditated for many years to attain high powers. Through meditation they have grown above the disturbances and stress of common life. They enlightened their souls with almighty through meditation.
Silence leads for more peace inside our mind. Meditation leads to purification of our mind from negativity. It is very difficult to describe it in words it is best explained when it is experienced. It is mental concentration which help us to attain our goals in life. It increases our ability to do work.
Meditation should be done with lots of discipline and awareness to get the best positive results. Otherwise it can cause problems.
