Essay on Indian Seasons :- The land of India holds a unique place in the world in terms of natural beauty. In other countries of the world, there are usually only three seasons, but in India, the cycle of these six seasons – Summer, Varsha, Sharad, Hemant, Shishir and Vasant – remains dynamic.

The spring season is called 'Rituraj'. In the spring, the beauty of the earth is made on sight. The abundance of flowers and fruits all around attracts everyone's mind. The kingdom of intoxication, beauty, cheerfulness and fragrance prevails all around. Butterflies and illusions start humming on the flowers. Not too cold, not too hot. New energy is infused in all the pastures. Vasant Panchami and the festival of colors Holi are celebrated in this season.

After spring begins gradually, the reign of summer. Due to severe heat, heat and strong sunlight, the earth starts burning like a pan. There is uproar all around. All eyes are fixed on the sky. Trees get burnt. Water from wells, ponds etc. starts drying up. This does not mean that the summer season has no importance. Food cannot be cooked without summer. That is why this season is very important in the production of food.

After the scorching heat of summer comes the pleasant rain which brings with it the message of new life. Dark clouds begin to form in the sky and the thirst of the earth starts quenching with the drops of rain. Animals and birds get a sigh of relief. The thirst of the earth is quenched by rain water, food also grows in the fields. There is greenery all around. In this season, water and water are visible all around. Roads get blocked, floods often occur and mosquito and flies infestation also increases. But life is not possible in the absence of this season, because water is the basis of life. Festivals like Teej and Rakshabandhan come in this season.

Gradually, the rain starts ending and comes - from the pink winter of autumn. It does not get too cold in this season too. This season brings relief from the wrath of rain. Clouds are not visible in the sky and the weather remains pleasant. Vijayadashami and Deepawali, these two big festivals are also celebrated in this season.

After autumn, winter starts increasing and comes - The Hemant season. Sun starts its journey towards South . The cold in the air increases, due to which people start chilling. This season is very good for health. In this season, due to the increase in the digestive power, food and drink gets digested. Snow falls in the mountainous areas during these days. Cold winds blow due to the fall of snow and the cold also increases in the plains. After Hemant comes the winter season. This season is also called 'Partjad'. The leaves start falling from the trees in this season.

It is as if the 'old' is being discarded and replaced by the 'new'. In the morning and in the evening, fog also starts covering. If the old leaves do not shed in this season, how will the new ones come? So this season is also very important. All the seasons have their own importance and each animates this country with their own characteristics.

Enchanted by these characteristics of India, Iqbal rightly said - 'Saare Jahan Se Achcha Hindustan Hamara'.
